Our standard shipping method is UPS ground service
Effective May 8th, 2009 ForeverWed Inc will begin charging UPS published rates based on the calculated total weight of the shipment, service type and the destination zip code. We are not able to ship to PO boxes or APO addresses at this time.
Need your order fast?
Most orders ship in two business days. Personalization may take a little longer, so please keep that in mind when making your shipping selection. We are Five days ground from the East Coast and Two days ground on the west Coast. If you require your personalized order to ship on the next business day, please select Rush service
How can I get a shipping estimate for the order in my basket
With our shopping cart it's easy to get a shipping estimate. Simply add the items your interested in into your shopping basket. Enter your shipping and bill to information and press the blue button to be directed to the shipping page. Our estimated shipping page will give you four options to ship from; UPS ground, 3 day express, 2nd day express, or overnight air. Once there, you can review your shipping rates. and choose the best option for your area. Remember to put in our special promotions codes and click redeem to ensure you receive all of our special promotions available. You can do this without completing your order.
Shipping Status
If you've created an online account you can easily check the shipping status of your latest order. Simply login and select the latest order confirmation number you were provided at time of purchase. If you placed your order using any other means, Please call Customer Service at: 1(425)353.2191. Customer service can provide tracking numbers and answer any questions regarding the status of an order.

Standard orders take 2 business days to process.
For Rush Orders, we can process next business day for a $15.00 Fee.
All orders placed after 2:00pm (EST) will be received the following business day.
All international shipments are required to ship via UPS. We currently do not offer free ground shipping into Canada.
Please Note: The destination country's Duties and Taxes are not charged by us and will be due at time of delivery. Customs taxes and duties are the recipient's responsibility. All Sales are final on international orders.
International Shipments
We have partnered with Bongo International to fulfill our international orders. Bongo provides our international visitors with their own US forwarding address. Having a Bongo address provides you with multiple benefits.

1. Signup with Bongo International to setup your US based shipping address
2. Make as many purchases as you would like from any US based retail store and use your new US based address
3. You can make sure your order was fulfilled correctly and even view images of your goods before they are shipped overseas
4. Save Money by consolidating multiple purchases into a single shipment from your Bongo International account
5. You Decide when to ship the goods and which orders to consolidate into a single shipment
